Adding collaborators to templates

You can allow other DocuPotion users to edit your templates. To do this, navigate to the templates section of your DocuPotion dashboard, click on the three dots and then 'Share':

Enter the email address of the user you want to be able to edit your template and click the 'Invite' button.

Important: The person you are adding as a collaborator MUST already have a DocuPotion account.

The person you're inviting will receive an email notifying them they can now edit the template. When they log into their dashboard, a new section will be visible in the Templates tab that shows the templates they have been invited to edit:


Collaborators can

  • Edit templates
  • Rename templates
  • Publish updates to templates

Collaborators can not delete templates.
