How do I cancel my paid plan?

You can cancel your plan by going to the 'My Account' tab in your DocuPotion dashboard, clicking the 'Manage Billing' button and then cancel your plan in the Stripe-hosted portal.


If I cancel my plan, will I lose all my unused PDF credits?

You will retain your PDF credits until the end of your current billing cycle. Your paid plan will then be canceled and you will no longer be able to create any PDFs.


For example, if you subscribe to the Standard Plan (which allows you to create 3,500 PDFs / month) on January 1st and you cancel your plan on January 15th, you will still be allowed to create up to 3,500 PDFs until February 1st.


If I downgrade to a lower tier plan, will my PDF credits by affected immediately?

Yes, if you downgrade to a lower tier plan the number of PDF credits will be immediately reduced.


For example, if you're on the Grow plan (10,000 PDFs / month) and downgrade to the Standard plan (3,500 PDFs / month), the number of PDFs you are permitted to create in the current cycle will be immediately reduced to 3,500.


Do unused PDF credits rollover to the next month?

No, unused PDF credits expire at the end of every month.


Do you offer annual plans?

Yes, you can select an annual plan when subscribing/changing plans in the 'My Account' tab of your DocuPotion dashboard.


The highest DocuPotion plan is for 40,000 PDFs/month, but I need more than that. Can you offer me a custom plan?
